Founded in 1818, the company is headquartered in White Plains, New York.Position Summary:The Manager of Global Employee Communications & Engagementis responsible for development and implementation of Executive and Employee Engagement programs targeted to our global corporate and regional employee populations. He/she will serve as a trusted communications partner for various leaders, departments and regions within the company to define communications strategies, find new solutions, and execute plans that align with the Companys culture, brand, and business objectives.Core Functions:Assist in building an Employee Communications plan and strategy that informs, inspires and connects our global employees to the Companys business priorities and culture/communityHelp drive and execute C-suite communications messaging and programmingCultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with functional partners and counterparts in external communications to align messaging and maximize engagement opportunitiesIdentify and promote industry-leading initiatives/best practices that increase the overall employee engagementSupport the execution of various communications events: Town Hall, Webcasts, Sr. Mgt Meetings, Outside Speakers, etc.Includes writing and editing executive messages/briefing documents, employee engagement communications, organizational announcements, executive PowerPoint presentations, talking points, news releases, fact sheets, scripts and project-specific communications as neededDevelop and manage internal processes and protocols to enhance global coordination and understanding of communications approaches and prioritiesDetermine metrics for successWorks closely with global and regional communications team to develop and develop global internal corporate communications programDevelops written/visual content with a focus on storytelling use to communicate policies, values, activities or news to be used in newsletters, intranet, announcements and presentationsManages internal communications editorial calendar (content and activation)Builds relationships with Bunges business units and helps facilitate message alignment throughout the business units, across countries and across the companyCreates and maintains materials to assist local managers in their internal communications effortsUsing measurement and insights, research new and more efficient ways of performing communications.Skills/Experience Requirements:3+ years of experience in communications or a related fieldBachelors degree in Communications, Journalism or related fieldAbility to speak Spanish a plusApproximately 5-10% travel requiredBunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
