General Description:The Manager of Finance, Planning and Analysis is primarily responsible for regular and ad hoc financial reporting, budgeting and analysis. Accounting Backup and Support to ControllerAct as a super-user for all company software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Navision, and others.Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures.Assist with all audit activity. Develop process improvements across all functional areas. Develop and track cost savings program. Develop pertinent business metrics for Pace International. TYPICAL EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION GUIDELINES:Degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 7+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a larger corporation.Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.Requires quick understanding of multiple processes and an initiative problem solver.Detail oriented.Personal qualities of integrity and credibility; a proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will own the responsibility for financeSolid experience with audit activities and management reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledgerKeen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus. simple reportingStrong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, board or other outside partnersAbility and desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance.Apply for this job.
