Position SummaryIn this role you will participate in all aspects of the Bunge Global Agribusiness (“BGA”) Strategic and Financial Plan processes, Capital Project review and Business Analysis/Financial Reporting. Specifically you will focus on reporting and analysis to drive performance management in support of Bunge Ltd Senior Management and to drive operational optimization in support of the BGA Commercial organization. Core Functions:Primary responsibilities in this role include BGA Long term modeling and Business Plan target setting, Commercial Reporting, Competitor Analysis, liaison for cross segment initiatives (e.g. Global Competitiveness Program, Zero Based Budgeting, Productivity Projects, etc). Assist with the preparation / analysis for the quarterly Earnings Press Release and monthly forecast analysis. General responsibilities: Responsible for BGA Long term financial modeling for the company’s annual Strategic Plan, and an annual Goodwill impairment testResponsible for setting the BGA Business Plan targetsAssist in developing and driving BGA Management and Commercial reporting to facilitate operational optimization decisions, specifically but not limited toResponsible for reporting and reconciling the Commercial P & L for grains and oilseedsAssist with the creation, maintenance and distribution of BGA internal financial reports including forecasts, monthly and annual reporting package etc.Primary responsibility for coordinating with all parties HFM hierarchies / reporting to support sameParticipate (working with BG Ltd, BGA Finance/Operations/Risk/Product Lines) in the establishment of performance metrics and assume responsibility for generating, analyzing and reporting on metricsParticipate (working with the BGA Finance/Global Operations/IT/Product Lines) in automating and integrating information needs and enabling the execution of BGA’s information requirementsPrepare materials (presentations /analysis) for BG Ltd Business Review, Commercial, AG Directors, ExCo and Board meetingsSupport the Strategic Plan and Business Plan process Other projects will vary but likely to include representing BGA in working with BG Ltd in reviewing Global Reporting, leading the development of Competitive Analysis and develop Market Share reporting as needed. SEC / BG Ltd Reporting specific responsibilities:Participate in the writing/review the BG Ltd Monthly Flash and Comments on ResultsParticipate in the writing / review of the Quarterly SEC Reporting for Agribusiness (likely one business unit)Analyze / Prepare the Monthly Forecast Analysis (likely one-more business unit) Skills/Experience Requirements Education:MBA or equivalent financial training/experience. Preferably undergraduate degree in business, accounting or economics Experience:5+ years of experience in commodities with an understanding of commodity accounting (derivatives / Mark to market accounting) Competencies/Skills:Financial background (understanding of financial statements) as well as DCF and other financial modelsUnderstanding of commodity mark-to-market accounting and mapping of commercial to financial reportingAbility to work independently in an unstructured team environment and to work effectively in a global decentralized cultureGood analytical skills (ability to think critically and independently), good communication skills (written and oral), good computer skills (excel, power point etc.)Bunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
