Epson – Long Beach, CA – Long Description Consumer Channel Marketing Key Responsibilities Lead & development of the Training Services Program team at Epson (currently 3 direct reports). Develops strategic yearly training plans for all Epson retail products by creating solution & value selling propositions to provide Epson a competitive edge. Manages the North American retail program by creating overall merchandising & training strategies by managing and owning the relationship with the 3rd party labor company. Works collaboratively with the Account / Sales, Marketing Communications, Sales Operations and Product Management teams to develop and effectively execute compelling and integrated merchandising & training strategies.
