Primary Location: Vereinigte Staaten (US) – Illinois (US-IL) – East Moline Function: Manufacturing EngineeringTitle: Manufacturing Engineering Intern – Weld – 45206 Your Responsibilities DUTIES: As a member of the Welding Engineering community, you will be responsible for the design, implementation & maintenance of welding related processes that build Front End Equipment products at John Deere. You will work with various technology tools to develop robust welding procedures, line layouts, operator work instructions, robotic programming methods and operator training. You will work closely with UAW members to support and continuously improve the manufacturing processes in order to be safe, efficient and capable of producing high quality products.; REQUIRED:Knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote), CAD anda working knowledge of welding processes, specifically GMAW.; DESIRED: Basic knowledge of GMAW robotic processes, Fanuc welding automation, Creo, problem solving skills and GD&T EDUCATION:Welding Engineering What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go.
