Ensure the safe, compliant, efficient manufacturing and filling of sterile productsEnsure operations are conducted following all HSE and GMP requirementsLead the Form/Fill Process Team, ensuring the team is an effective, well balanced team capable of making appropriate, science based decisionsEnsure cross-functional alignment and support exists to support productionMaintain metrics to measure performance against production objectives and make necessary changes to improve performanceEnsure the appropriate area training/education is provided to unit specialists and process team membersDrive improvement projects in the areaInvestigate process issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasureInteract with Regulatory Agencies during site inspectionsBasic Qualifications ?? ?Bachelors Degree in scientific or business focus3 years manufacturing experience in process engineering, quality assurance, process development or technical servicesQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
