Market Development Agronomist- Central United States
Stoller Enterprises Inc. an industry pioneer in plant performance and plant stimulant products is searching for a Field Research Agronomist. Field Research Agronomist will have the opportunity to work on the field level developing new innovative products to maximize crop yields and producers’ bottom lines. This individual will be working closely with and report to the Market Development Technical Agronomy Manager, working closely with Research Scientists, Regional Sales Managers, and Salesmen to improve overall company performance. A fair amount of seasonal travel can be expected during much of the growing season, spending a great deal of time and effort monitoring trials, developing new products and individual crop programs and supporting the sales team in the field and the Field Research Agronomists main responsibilities. Essential Functions of RoleSupport regional and international sales efforts through field research, presentation creation, and sales meeting presentations.Jointly create, implement, and monitor all field trials in assigned region.Field level development of new products.Field level development and support of Stoller product programs.Create field technical reports from trial work to be shared internationally.Be the sales technical resource for new and existing products and product programs. Required Education and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or other related field required.
