Market Development Premium Grains Coordinator
?Position Description?CGB Enterprises Inc. was established in 1970 St. Louis, MO. Our primary business is buying grain from farmers, transporting the grain using our logistics assets, and assisting our farmers with a vast array of services through CGB Enterprises and our 19 subsidiaries at over 114 Locations. With our 2,500 Employees and an array of services for grain farmers, including financing and risk management, buying, storing, selling and shipping of crops and more, the Premium Grains Coordinator?s primary responsibility is to learn the basic functions of Market Development. This includes the areas of logistics, accounting, merchandising, testing and IP documentation and ISO 9901:2008 requirements.?Essential tasks:?Become familiar and comfortable with executing all IP programs, basic merchandising, logistics and testing functions of Market DevelopmentManage and execute the CGB Online maintenance for Premium GrainsManage and execute the shareholders portal and shareholder expectation of this site and coordinator with regions what information needs posted per crop year.Manage and execute all IP ISO requirements and participate in IP AuditsTrain staff and regional IP manager on IP proceduresManage a team of 1-2 peoplePosition Requirements?Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent education/experience?Proven understanding of the fundamentals of the grain industry including grain merchandisingDemonstrable risk management aptitudeStrong communication skills (both oral and written)Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office productsMust possess good time management and organizational skillsAbility to work extended hours as needed.Travel Required ?
