The Marketing Associate – Grower Engagement is an exciting new role that will be responsible for enabling the implementation and activation of the Nutrien Ag Solutions Grower Engagement strategy.Aligning with the Commercial Execution team initiatives like the Commercial Playbook, the Grower Engagement Associate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and other teams across the organization to implement creative solutions to dynamic market challenges. Key areas of focus for this role will be supporting grower experience, targeted planning, grower segmentation, and agronomic & competitive campaigns to enhance the relationships between Nutrien Ag Solutions and growers in a deeper sense.This role will report to the Grower Engagement Manager directly assisting in project management by executing tactics related to the annual Go-To-Market activities that enable organic growth in the marketplace.The ideal candidate with have a proven ability to deliver results managing multiple projects or work streams. This leader will be a change agent across the organization championing a grower-centric focus companywide. He or she will have a deep understanding of growers’ needs and market dynamics. As a result, this person will have the ability to interpret strategic priorities owning the short- term deliverables to implement immediate in-season results. Travel requirement: 20%What you will do: Execute the Grower Engagement StrategyChampion & facilitate an industry-leading grower experience in the global marketplaceFoster a grower-centric culture in all projects and activitiesFacilitate effective project managementExecute Grower Engagement pilots, tactics, and campaigns – while tracking performance and measuring ROICoordinate with internal stakeholders & 3rd party agency partners to execute agronomic & competitive campaigns in strategic markets measuring impact with KPIsCollaborate with the Proprietary Products marketing team to help drive differentiated Grower Engagement opportunitiesSupport the development & roll out of the Commercial PlaybookActively embrace a winning, unified team cultureLeverage sales reporting insights, feedback from the field, and 3rd party market research to identify new opportunities to gain market sharePartner with Retail teams across North America to effectively coordinate targeted planning deliverables on a frequent cadenceIn collaboration with Marketing Services and other teams, assist in integrating Grower Segmentation across the organization enabling Nutrien Ag Solutions to better understand our grower's needsEstablish a continuous feedback approach and process to connect with key Marketing stakeholders and Retail field leadsWhat you will bring: 4 Year university degree in Business, Agriculture or related field required. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.2+ years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing in an Agriculture-related field or B2C retail environmentAbility to learn & utilize MarTech Stack systems and software to execute multiple complex tactical marketing campaigns concurrentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to comfortably and professionally correspond with a variety of team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization and customer baseExcellent presentation skills for internal and external audiencesProven success managing multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others cross-functionallyProven ability to participate in and lead cross-functional teamsAbility to build trust with others and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and integrityAre you a good match?
