Role purposeLeads the development of Crop Protection and Seeds marketing content within the SAS MOM system to assist with achieving commercial objectivesOversees the technical infrastructure and compliance processes within the SAS MOM system for approving, developing and designing Crop Protection and Seeds marketing material for customer consumptionDirects the agency of record responsible for the systems and business processes for housing, displaying and shipping all approved national marketing material for the Crop Protection and Seeds commercial organizations Directs the agency of record that manages the systems and business processes for ordering Syngenta promotional items for marketing efforts
Accountabilities
Oversees the technical infrastructure (SAS MOM) used to manage various aspects of marketing content, including development, routing, storing, repurposing, etc.Ensures SAS MOM system is performing at optimal condition for business successTrains employees and agency partners to properly use SAS MOM for marketing purposesWorks collaboratively with and supports Marketing Services and Customer Unit team members to ensure needed marketing materials are available via SAS MOM and stated commercial objectives are achievedManages infrastructure, business processes and agency partner relationship for storing, displaying and shipping marketing materials Manages infrastructure, business processes and agency partner relationship for ordering promotional items Manages the business relationship of several agency partners to ensure commercial successSkills:
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a similar field of studyGeneral understanding of agribusiness environment/communityGeneral knowledge of marketing principlesKnowledge of organizational change principles
Critical experience
Two or more years of working experience in agriculture and/or marketing/communications fieldProven ability to identify and maximize efficiencies within processes and adjust accordinglyProven track record of working under deadlines with many internal and external customersAbility to understand and effectively implement branding and marketing guidelinesProficient with all Microsoft platforms, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.Familiarity with marketing operations management and marketing enablement systems is advantageous
