Marketing Coordinator – Lifestyle/Enthusiast MarketPhytobiotics North America, LLC, a leader in phytogenic feed additives, flavors, enzymes, organic trace minerals, crop nutrition and products for commercial biogas enhancement, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Cary NC North American Headquarters.Phytobiotics is well known for its product Sangrovit®, a purely phytogenic feed additive that enhances the appetite and supports digestion in all species. Phytobiotics is well represented in North America as well as many key markets globally Responsibilities:Work with Lifestyle/Enthusiast Market Team Leader to:Finalize development and marketing of a unique differentiable water delivered nutritional product for the Lifestyle/Enthusiast/Backyard Poultry marketCreate and manage a Social Media presence in multiple social venuesContribute to the creation and management of marketing messages, communication channels etc.Ensure marketing materials are properly routed and appropriate signoffs are obtained prior to printing or publishingExpand the product line to further meet market needsManage inventory and productionCreate and Manage market channel relationshipsIdentify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to develop advocates for the company and product.Work closely with field sales, customer service, finance, logistics and distribution partnersProvide regular reports on marketing activity and achievement of Lead Measures to Management and teamIdentify and participate in trade showsAssist and participate in sales meetings and other events as neededBe a focused Team Player, identify and achieve Wildly Important Goals Job brief:We are looking for a competent Marketing Coordinator to help with the final stages of development of a unique product line targeted at improving the health and nutrition in the “Lifestyle” or Backyard Poultry Market, including sales and marketing support, channel development, event/trade show/media message planning, and the creation and management of a social media marketing presence. Possible Evolution of the position to Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Communications Manager The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to work collaboratively as well as independently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Physical Demands:This position requires sitting or standing in front of a computer for long periods of time. Ability to lift 25-50lbs periodically as needed. Up to 25-40% travel with overnight stays. The physical demands described here are representative of an office environment that an employee encounters to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Preferred Candidate will have:BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, or business.
