Stoller USA, a leading global agricultural technology company seeks to hire a Marketing Specialist. Located in Houston, TX and reporting to the USA Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for the direct marketing efforts of Stoller USA including social media, event management, website content and digital marketing. Essential ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Company through your behavior aligning with the Company’s mission, vision and values.Email media: Coordinate graphic content, scheduling, and implementation of promotional email communications to clients and prospective customers. Maintain marketing databases. and email communications to assure compliance with Federal Communications Commission rules and regulationsEvent/Trade Show Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of regional or national scale tradeshows, larger grower events and field days including, but not limited to hotel reservations, participant transportation, meal planning, promotional efforts, collateral shipping, show setup and tear down procedures, exhibitor fees and registrations, booth/show area design and content procurement, speaker/special guest arrangements, public relations/communications planning, data collectionDatabase Management: Coordinate the organization, compilation and utilization of a customer/prospect database for marketing, and sales generation purposes. Assure compliance with all communication laws in use of database information. Coordinate data entry efforts from collected sales leadsWebsite design and content management: Maintain global Stoller website brand standards to comply with Global Marketing Committee guidelines, keep SIAC and stollerusa.com websites current with regular additions of new content and deletions of dated content, maintain website content management systemSocial Media Management: coordinate social media strategy across all pertinent social media platforms including regular posts, responses to posts and engagement with customers and prospects including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the companyBuild peer support and strong intercompany relationships with other key personnelUtilize understanding of customers' behaviors, buying process, drivers and barriers to improve communication of value proposition Required Education, Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agri-Business or related field requiredSocial Media Marketing experienceExperience in trade show and event planningProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic designMust be able to travel domestically 20-30% of timeExcellent verbal, written and organizational skillsAbility to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and maintain a consistent level of qualityStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to take direction work with/for multiple team members and meet deadlinesOutgoing, energetic, dedicated team player with strong work ethic Preferred Skills and ExperienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, WordPress, Google AnalyticsAgricultural background or marketing experience for an agriculture company strongly preferred Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift/push/pull up to 30lbs. **This position is not eligible for relocation assistance**Apply for this job.
