CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Lubricants Marketing group. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing and executing Cenex? brand marketing campaigns and promotions to drive lubricants sales. You must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and be team player all while delivering excellent customer service.You will:Execute promotional marketing plans and duties for the Lubricants division.Implement overall strategic direction for Cenex branded lubricants, including but not limited to: programs, promotions, training, products, labels/packaging and communication.Under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor, develop product packaging, labels and collateral materials (print and digital) for both branded and private label product lines. Assist with new product development and technical bulletins.Evaluate and maintain print collateral and marketing tool inventories across all platforms to ensure lubricants sales team needs are met.Partner with vendors to deliver varied content such as videos, radio ads and articles for publication raising CHS and Cenex visibility meeting the business unit goals and objectives.Assist in driving execution of the digital footprint for CHS Lubricants and Cenex Brand websites for Lubricants under the leadership of the Marketing Supervisor.Act as point of contact for communications with the sales team and customers regarding the execution of marketing programs, ensuring CHS Lubricants is compliant with brand and industry standards.Work with CHS Legal to ensure registration/trademark information is up to date for our key products.Work closely with agencies to develop and manage advertising and packaging strategies and tactics.Collaborate with CHS stakeholders to ensure alignment across the enterprise with marketing efforts.Manage review of marketing program credit submissions and issue approval of marketing program credits, in accordance with outlined annual marketing program guidelines.Serve as point of contact on Lubricants Ad Share and vehicle wrap/imaging programs, to educate and assist customers with advertising in local markets.Manage fulfillment end-user incentive programs such as Gift Cards for Gallons. Drive the Cenex Total Protection Plan warranty program, raising visibility of the program through effective advertising and promotional marketing.Execute strategies (and support related sales tactics) to add incremental Cenex volume within commercial heavy duty channels such as fleet, industrial, construction, mining and oil field.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Basic Qualifications: (required)Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Administration or related field3 plus years marketing, communications experience to include:Marketing planning and implementationProject managementEvent & trade show planning and executionDirect mail target marketingCreating & managing a budgetProficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopPreferred Qualifications: (preferred)Retail and petroleum experienceApply for this job.
