The master data steward position will also provide the synchronization of data updates between modules and sites.? A keen understanding of supply chain and MRPII concepts is needed.?Coordination with Global Data StewardAssess, and coordinate with the Global Data Steward to process SAP global master data changes, ensuring adherence to SAP global design and appropriate change control requirements.Perform mass updates to SAP master data. for assigned region of ownership.Review, authorize, and process cMat requests accurately.Actively participate in GDS (Global Data Steward) forums-working toward resolutions of outstanding issues and providing subject matter expert input.Coordinate annual SAP global data updates as required (e.g., percent activity).Improve and maintain SAP master data consistency, including assistance with consistency checks and audits.Support GBIP design changes and release/implementation activities.Serve as SME for the Blue system ? managing packaging (Label) changesLocal Data Steward??? BOM/Recipe data maintenance.??? Resource data maintenance.??? Back-up QM data steward?providing Q-data verifications.??? Support OSSCE initiatives, including participation on data accuracy subteam and required review/revision of site OSSCE policies.??? Coordinate quarterly SAP master data audits.??? Coordinate yearly SAP BOM/recipe audits.??? Work with site finance to ensure proper costing of site materials.??? Serve as point of contact for coordination of SAP global initiatives that impact site data and/or system changes.??? Serve as an SAP/APO subject matter expert and instructor, and as a consultant to ensure issues are resolved and that data consistency is a priority.??? Execute and provide SAP and BW system reports as needed.??? Perform local data steward functions accurately to ensure timely creation or deletion of site materials and coordinate site SAP data change requests as requested.??? Serve as a main site contact for COE representatives and coordinate trouble ticket resolutions as needed to ensure optimum response time.??? Support GBIP design changes and release/implementation activities.??? Provide SME review/approval of site SAP data maintenance SOPs.?cMat Data Steward??? Serve as cMat subject matter expert onsite, providing training to subject matter experts as needed.??? Work with site security steward and global security steward to ensure correct cMat roles/access exist for the users.??? Utilize the system efficiently in order to ensure proper electronic signatures are collected for the requested data changes.??? Utilize cMat reports for audits of site SAP data changes/documentation.??? Process cMat requests, from the point of submitting the request, through the SME review, and into posting the requested changes into GPR (SAP).Problem Solving??? Performs investigations for deviations.??? Troubleshoot data issues.??? Initiate trouble tickets for SAP APO and work with COE to resolve issues.??? Investigate and resolve cMat issues as they occur.Continuous Improvement Activities??? Assist in improvement of safe working conditions by identifying hazardous processes or conditions.??? Assist in improvement of business practices in SAP and in change management process.??? Assist in SAP script testing.??? Participate in power user forums.??? Interface with business integration groups for SAP improvements.??? Coordinate data audits both quarterly and for OSSCE compliance activities.Basic Qualifications ?? ???? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineer or Technical Degree??? 3 ? 5 years manufacturing experience ???? Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Approved instructor for SAP Material Master Data, BOM/recipe data, resource data, cMat system, BLUE and CAPA system.??? MRPII course completion.??? Prior logistics system involvement.??? Supply chain methodology understanding- OSSCE concepts.??? CPIM.??? Proficiency with computer systems including SAP, Microsoft Office products, Trackwise, etc.??? Problem solving techniques- root cause analysis, etc.??? Ability to create and/or modify processes or procedures to coincide with best practices.??? Demonstrated strong documentation skills.???
