Merchandiser Assistant/Document Specialist

Main responsibilities are to keep accurate bookkeeping, provide operational support and communicate with internal and external functions of the businesses supported.
Accounting and Control:
3rd Party Inventory Management/Reconciliation (Scoular owned & 3rd Party)
P&L Report Review
Management of inbound and outbound loads from Scoular owned & 3rd party facilities
Monitoring KPI?s based on internal loaders, steam ship line fulfillment, etc.
Communication with internal group members, external facilities, transportation providers and buyers. ?Document support:
Internal and External Document collection
Deliver docs to banks, customers, and overseas office when appropriate
Communicate with trader on issues and assist with customer requests Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree Preferred.
Oracle Transportation Management System
?Internal transportation, export procedure and Federal regulation knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong and professional phone presence Additional Notes
Position will report to the Accounting and Control Group, primarily servicing the BCO Business Unit in both Bookkeeping and Operational Support functions.
