SUMMARY: This Corporate Accounting position assists in the preparation of the global consolidated financial statements and related information for the company. This position works with finance and accounting executives, internal and external auditors, controllers of international subsidiaries, tax accountants, operational accountants, and external financial reporting team members assisting with compilation and presentation of quarterly financial results. Other responsibilities include assisting with various projects as needed and responsibility for overseeing the consolidation of the company's foreign subsidiaries results. REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor?s degree in an academic field directly related and essential to this job (Accounting or Finance degree preferred). Experience: 5+ years of related experience preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written, presentation and verbal Communication skills. Computer Skills: Working knowledge of SAP and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel. Experience with consolidation software applications preferred.
Special Skills: Certified Public Accountant preferred, but not required.
Strong leadership skills are crucial to this position. A good working knowledge of and ability to research GAAP accounting standards is necessary. Supervisory: Supervises 1 to 3 direct reports.
