GROWMARK is large enough to offer solid career opportunities, but small enough to provide a family-oriented, welcoming environment and great benefits.PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans for the GROWMARK branded lubricant product lines.  .ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Achieve budgeted growth and profitabilityDevelops and implements marketing plans to maximize profitable sales of proprietary lubricants.Provides leadership and communication to FS members to profitably grow the sales of GROWMARK lubricant brands and related products. Develops and implements a formal program for customer profiles, target lists and sales contact information for all assigned sales people.Develops and implements sales training programs for GROWMARK and Member sales people.Provides coaching for all assigned sales people to assure maximum productivity.Provides formal communications to members and customers regarding GROWMARK lubricant marketing and sales programs.Maintains a market analysis for all appropriate market segments and geographical areas.Monitors sales and gross income by brand and customer.Responsible for developing marketing goals, annual sales, gross income  and selling expense budgets for Archer, FS, United and any additional acquired brands.Manages assigned expenses to meet Lubricant Department guidelines.Recommends new product development, product rationalization, package development and promotional strategy for assigned products.Responsible for analyzing the business unit and identifying cost savings opportunities.Provides input in the development of short- and long-range profit plans, specific objectives, and marketing goals. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Follows GROWMARK s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a college degree in a business, marketing, sales or related discipline and at least 6 years of experience to demonstrate the ability to manage a sales and marketing effort and generate profitable sales and service income for the assigned product lines. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Understanding and experience with lubricants and related product lines, sales/marketing, branding, market analysis, pricing strategies, supply forecasts, risk management, competitive adeptness, and product development, packaging, and proficiency along with market planning, program execution, budgeting, and communications. Proven supervisory and leadership skills including staffing, coaching, performance evaluation, etc. and the ability to achieve results through others. Proven professional communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.  Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.GROWMARK, Inc. strives to provide a Total Rewards package that delivers exceptional pay for exceptional performance, recognizes your dedication to our mission and helps us attract and retain the highest caliber of talent.
