Overview:Reporting to the Vice-President, Product Management, the Product Manager, Sales Execution & Training will develop sales execution plans for Product Management Projects that directly translates the desired project outcomes into incremental business value growth. This role will participate in cross functional Product Management teams to contribute to project management and represent the execution planning needs in the project consideration.  Effective interactions with the Marketing & Innovation team, Industrial and Food Service Sales teams, Packaging Operations team and Supply Chain team will be essential to success.The Product Manager, Sales Execution & Training will incorporate the insights and direction created by the marketing and innovation team into world class selling tools, trade and Bunge sales team product and training experiences.Responsibilities will include ensuring the clarity of the unique selling proposition of each product which Bunge offers; developing and executing on training of the sales team for the product portfolio with particular emphasis on new and value added items; providing technical sales support inclusive of customer visits for the purpose of ideation and opportunity identification, provide customers with on-site and remote advice on product usage, and as a resource for the sales team; identification of target accounts and product categories.  Develop execution benefits tracking metrics and processes to ensure the value created is hitting the P&L as expected. This includes contribution to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) gap closing information deck, reporting for measuring sales effectiveness, communicating campaign results to the business, and adapting sales enablement programs (training and tools) to ensure that product sales and gross profit targets are achieved.Reporting to this position is the Analyst – Sales Enablement and Training who will be responsible for developing selling presentations and documents containing compelling features and benefits statements based on key consumer, customer, competitor, market insights, strategies and needs in order that the sales team can execute the product and pricing strategies of the US Oils Business and deliver the value creation potential.This position is based in St. Louis and requires significant travel in support of the sales team as a coach to the sales team and as the product functional expert at customer meetings, trade shows, etc.Bunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Essential Functions:•Develop execution plans that support the commercialization of the key product insights and innovation into a compelling and differentiated range of customer product, pricing and service solutions for the product lines in BNA and the export sales team•Integrate the marketing consumer, category (including category driver) and customer insights to create product/project execution strategies, plans, tools and resources that direct the activities and focus of the sales team.•Leveraging market, competitor and customer analysis and operational knowledge to quantify the value Bunge’s product portfolio creates for customers as part of these sales tools and execution plans•Working with the pricing strategy team to turn this value into recommended prices using the pricing processes and tools.•Contributing to insight development through analysis of market trends and structures, competitor organizational and product capabilities and customers’ strategic needs.•Participate in cross functional projects (i.e. across the key business functions of finance, operations, R&D/innovation, supply chain and sales) to develop growth and efficiency improvement initiative execution plans for the product strategies that deliver sustainable profit improvements for Bunge.•Developing product strategy execution solutions that include product features and benefits, comparative value offerings, training, selling tools and structured and consistent customer/consumer benefit messaging. Qualifications/Skills Required:•Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, science or engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years direct related experience required•Deep breadth and depth of business knowledge from customer and/or product management or significant cross functional role including operational, technical and commercial functional interaction/involvement•Extensive customer facing experience, particularly around joint business planning/initiative identification and execution•People management experience with both technical and commercial teams•Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities•Results oriented with proven strategic thinking skills •Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a team environment
