We need a skilled and passionate key account manager like you to develop and manage the customer relationships we need to extend our market leadership.  What You'll Be Doing-Manage strategically significant accounts leveraging your professional experience in outside B2B sales, preferably with multi-national accounts.Develop positive and sustainable working relationships and find the right decision makers to understand customer's true needs. Work out and negotiate tailored offers, follow-up and close the deal. Manage and update your customer pricing data and conditions in internal pricing system.Take full ownership of customer growth opportunity pipeline using strong knowledge of the coatings industry: Identify, pursue and close growth opportunities to exceed your sales targets. Take responsibility for daily sales operations and be the key interfaces to other functions.Interact and collaborate with our internal team of outstanding industry managers, highly skilled technical experts and other key account managers to implement the overall account strategy. Provide periodic reporting of customer activities and market intelligence and proactively take measures based on customer/market dynamics. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Must be goal-orientedExcellent organizational skills and ability to keep focus and manage complexity.Outstanding interpersonal capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals.Problem solving capabilities and analytical skills. Coatings market knowledge preferably with pigments experience in sales, application or development.Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).This is a remote position.
