NA Reliability Engineer
Position Purpose & SummaryFacilitate Reliability Excellence initiatives to lower total maintenance
expense, improve stability factor, improve asset health, and direct proper
equipment maintenance strategies.?
Utilize correct application of reliability strategies such as
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Cause Analysis, 5S, 5 Why, Kaizen,
proactive work activities, on-condition and predictive technologies, maintenance
planning and Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA). Develop
and engineer reliability related base capital projects including all PDP
reliability deliverables.? Implement
Reliability Excellence processes within the NA locations and continue to
connect with the Cargill Reliability Network.
?Principal Accountabilities30%??? Manufacturing Excellence for RE including: facilitate and mentor PM
optimization, responsibility for RE metrics, MOC guidance in accordance with RE
Principles, identify predictive tool application and have working knowledge in
all tools being applied at plant.
and monitor Mechanical Integrity Program.
?20%??? Implement monitor and mentor Reliability Excellence elements of
Manufacturing Excellence:? Asset Health
Evaluation, Asset Integrity, Work Management, RCA, and Operator Care.
Implement and monitor RCM / RCA analysis for value creation and extension of?asset life.
?????????? 10%??? Assist
with Capital Execution and 3-5-year planning.

Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor?s degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge of 5 years of experience in production, maintenance, reliability, or project management.Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex technical problems involving multiple technologies.Good computer skills (SAP, MS word, Excel, etc.?)Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and aptitude.Ability to coach others for high performance and high engagement; motivates, inspires, and engages others to excel and work towards the vision.Relentless determination and courage to get things done; demonstrates tenacious and unrelenting drive for results.Strong integrity and moral principles that are aligned with Cargill?s Guiding Principles; consistently does what one says one will do.Keen sense of priorities; sees what needs to be done, assesses degree of urgency and importance, and takes appropriate action.Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a highly dynamic environment.Effective problem solving, and decision-making skills aligned with the Discuss, Decide, Champion behavioral capability.Demonstrated teamwork and the ability to effectively collaborate with others.Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently.Up to 30-40% travel??Preferred QualificationsBachelor?s degree in Engineering.Training and knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, tribology, etc.).Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).SAP experience.Change Management.Project management experience.Budget preparation, procurement, scheduling experience.Oleochemical and/or specialty chemical operations, maintenance, or engineering experience.Prior experience with continuous improvement activities and methodologies (i.e. Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, etc.?).Ability to influence others outside of formal reporting relationships.If selected for an interview, you will be required to submit signed copies of your last two performance reviews.?
