Quincy, ILADM Alliance Nutrition, Inc. ? a fully-owned subsidiary of Archer Daniels Midland Company and national manufacturer of livestock feed with over 40 locations in North America is seeking a National Account Sales Coordinator at our Quincy, IL division headquarters.
This position will coordinate efforts with sales, production, trucking, warehouse, inventory management, formulations and quality assurance to meet customer needs and expectations.
Detailed responsibilities for this position include: ? Customer service, to include: order taking, order entry and processing; handling initial customer complaints; handle product returns, credit and debit memos; provide product and pricing information as requested, ability to detail products as required; order follow-up; delivery schedules; product shortages; pricing changes; monitor accounts receivable; setting up new accounts; generate reports for customer history and product sales information; communicate market trends and supply issues; supply MSDS forms, spec sheets, product tags and labels as necessary; investigate and resolve all shipping, pricing and order entry errors.? Work closely with production facilities to coordinate production, logistics, availability, and communicate as necessary to customer, sales, etc.? Travel with Account Managers to assigned accounts to build strong customer relationships.? Monitor customer orders to help predict market trends.
Requirements for this position include:? Bachelor?s degree (in Agriculture or Ag-related field preferred)
