Learn more at www.adm.com..NET Programming- ADM Crop Risk Services- Decatur, ILThis is an exempt level position.Candidate requirements: 4 year degree in IT related field or equivalent competency2 or more years experience with Microsoft Visual Studio programming in either VB or C#Physical Requirements: Extensive keyboard operationsSitting for extended periods of time.Minimal travel requiredCandidate will: Work in a fast paced team environmentInteract with end users and team members to design, develop, and modify business applications for a Windows environmentInteract and mentor team membersWork through all phases of application developmentDeliver clean, tested, reliable source code timelyComplete projects or tasks within a specified timeframeAccept assigned tasks and determine direction for basic tasks, with assistance on more complex tasks.Employ critical thinking and expected to seek assistance from experienced team members.Provide timely status reports for development progress Experience creating and editing stored procedures in a Microsoft SQL Server 2008 environment a plus.
Experience with crop insurance rating or indemnification programming highly desired, though not required. Relocation assistance is available with this position.
