Saginaw, MI 48603 (NO walk-ins, please) **Pay: $16/hr to $20/hr, depending on experience **YES, we do offer Benefits! Major Medical,Vision andDental Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays /Sick/Personal Time Tuition Discounts 401K **Cell phone discounts **Car/Truck employee discounts **FUN WORK ENVIRONMENT Dress code – Jeans / casual environment HOURS: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (on call, as needed) ** Must be able to work all / any schedule** ***PROMOTIONS WITHIN THE COMPANY!*** JOB SUMMARY Responsiblefor submission, creation, deletion, and/or access changes of all SaginawCustomer & Dealer Engagement Contact Center IDs for the following systems(additional/other system ID activities may be required): GMID GMIN Covisint ID (request and then update/activate the GMID) Mainframe (validate mainframe ID’s work and required menu options are listed) Global Connect CPOIS (Certified Pre-Owned Inventory System) GM Online Email GM/Concentrix software deployment and pushes GM Avaya Avaya Interaction Center or any other Web Chat tools GM Answers CMS Ultimate CSR (create, update and remove users from UCSR) Accurately maintain the GM People Finder organizations for the Saginaw site GDM (submit GMIT Service Center request for access for ParTech and other one-off requests) SPAC OSW and ParTech ETA mainframe transactions (approve GMIT Service Center requests) Delphi print access for ParTech (submit requests to Delphi) MGO access and deletion (submit requests to MGO security administrator) Validate audit lists for all Saginaw groups for multiple systems GWM (submit access request on behalf of users) ID Administrator &Desktop Support Specialist Other Required Responsibilities: Maintain an approved log/tracker of all ID activities; IDs by employee/system/group/leader, initial passwords, moves, transfers, terminations, deletions, access levels, dates of submission, dates of approvals, confirmation of ID function and any other information requested by the Concentrix Site Leader or designate Provide accurate and timely reporting of all ID activities and statuses to the Concentrix Reporting Team, Concentrix Workforce Management Team, Training Team, Morley Data Team for Site Roster & GM Staffing List compilation, and the Concentrix Site Leader or Designate Provide timely communication on the ongoing status of ID requests, changes, deletions, access levels, systems, and all other requested information with the trainers, Team Leaders, Operations Managers, Concentrix Reporting Team, Workforce Management Team, ID team, and Concentrix Site Leader or Designate Validate that the correct access and function has been given to the users per the request Responsible for maintaining the approved Master ID File, a listing of Users and IDs for each group, and provide ongoing access to this file to appropriate parties identified by the Concentrix Site Leader or designate Responsible for troubleshooting ID related issues, provide support and handle any escalation to determine if a user is missing access required or if additional access is required. Handle all ID escalation issues for the Saginaw site expeditiously, follow through to resolution, and will track, report, and provide timely updates to appropriate parties as identified by the Concentrix Site Leader or Designate Provide complete and detailed knowledge transfer and access of all role functions to the Workforce Management Team and Training Quality Manager allowing for complete backup, redundancy, and documentation of all ID Specialist functions Provide Concentrix laptop desktop support for any system, ID, or other troubleshooting requirements.
