Leads customer centric thinking and processes across the organization, guiding functional teams to work together for optimum customer experience delivery??? Develops insights through analysis of customer data across multiple sources to inform the business of experiences that have a negative impact and opportunities for profitable growth??? Manages problem resolution system including data coordination, supplier management, response guidelines, open case tracking??? Works with marketing and commercial functions to design, orchestrate, and improve the customer experience with the objective of increasing revenue through improved loyalty, reduced churn, and growth in customer value??? Identifies Monsanto???s investment priorities, areas of focus and areas of improvement for the customer experience, and drives measurable change through Monsanto leadership, the Customer Experience Council(CEC), and Customer Champions??? Develops a sustained communication program to share the vision and celebrate successes??? Elevates the customer experience skills required across all teams; influences the on-boarding and training strategy and content to build the customer focused core strength across MonsantoQualifications:QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:??? Bachelor???s degree in a business related field??? 10+ years of progressive experience driving customer service, customer relationship management, operations, and customer revenue excellence??? Strong operational, marketing, and financial background??? A motivational change agent; a strategic leader who can successfully initiate and lead the execution of initiatives to drive profitable change??? Proven ability to break down corporate and department barriers with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders??? Highly skilled in working across functions throughout Monsanto and building cohesive cross-functional teams??? Analytical business savvy to identify key issues, root causes and opportunities to improve, and the ability to lead Monsanto to action for improved business results ???
