For more information, visit or connect with us on LinkedIn and Twitter.               FUNCTION AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:By way of delegated functional authority from the Sales Manager of Allflex USA, Inc. the Regional Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating the business opportunities that are identified in the Regional Business Plan.  This responsibility included field sales to assigned accounts, market opportunity analysis, customer and distributor development and implementation of approved sales promotions.  By working within corporate policies this function is responsible to ensure that Regional Business Plan achieves its objectives for the territory and contributes toward the attainment of Allflex USA’s medium and long-term planning goals. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: To manage sales activities of assigned accounts to attain maximum sales in conformance with the Regional Business Plan and within approved Corporate Policies and guidelines.To implement all approved Sales and Marketing Programs representing the full line of Allflex USA, Inc. products to meet sales objectives while controlling territory sales expenses within approved budgets. To identify and develop prospective end-user consumers in conjunction with the business opportunities identified in the Regional Business Plan.Provide technical and sales support to approved customers and expedite complaint handling to minimize Allflex USA, Inc. liability while maintaining good customer relations. To collect critical database information on approved business opportunities and communicate through the established communication channels. To monitor competitive activities and products making strategy recommendations to maintain or improve our market position.  Establish business relations with key industry contacts within the territory to include state livestock organizations, universities, national and state regulatory officials, extension services, auction barns and influential producers.To insure flow of accurate strategic information between Allflex USA, Inc. and approved customers/markets through Weekly Highlights, written reports when appropriate or requested, and verbal communications on a regular basis with management and pertinent support groups within the Allflex USA, Inc. organization. Serve in outside organizations and attend industry functions that are beneficial to Allflex USA and the Industry. Recommend distribution strategies and changes as needed in addition to providing input and feedback to Sales and Marketing Management regarding Sales strategy and Marketing Plans for Allflex USA, Inc. products.To provide and complete producer profiles, dealer profiles and key industry support group profiles for Allflex USA, Inc. on a timely basis.   GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: To work closely with Management as appropriate to fulfill the job function.To perform the job function in accordance with Allflex USA, Inc. and Sales Department policies/procedures/systems and sound management practice. To effect and maintain a standard of working relationship, communication and cooperation with all internal personnel with whom it will be necessary to deal with in the course of performing the job function. To assist the Sales Manager of Allflex USA, Inc. with other duties as required and attend and/or arrange meetings and functions as required.  Education:Preferably a college degree and higherA working knowledge or Personal Computers and functional relevant software programs.Good to excellent communication skills and minimal supervisory guidance    “All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.”
