We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Analyst to join a new consolidated Global Pipeline Systems team within the Global Breeding organization. This role will be located in St. Louis, MO. Optimized processes will deliver smarter systems and novel products to market through digital solutions and precision product placement. This role will collaborate across Monsanto to map current processes and use data analytics to develop strategies including IT solutions to maximize our product pipeline and drive towards the most efficient process workflows. Responsibilities include:Understand complicated Global Breeding processes, develop a strategy and visualization tools that clearly and simply communicate the workflow, use complex data to drive operations and decisions, identify and recommend areas for optimization and improvement Ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data in an organized and clear manner (e.g. apply complex multiple levels of logic to one data set) Partner with cross-functional teams across Global Breeding to define and drive clear milestones, deliverables, and execution plans for streamlined processes and IT tools to facilitate field and seed operations Collaborate with breeders and other partners to optimize the Global Breeding pipeline processes and use data driven decisions to drive more efficient operationsQualifications:Required Education and Skills/Experience:Bachelor???s degree in Agriculture, Operations, Analytics, or a related field emphasizing managing processes and systems Experience and expertise with mapping processes and communication of strategy with both technical and non-technical audiences Clear ability, motivation, and enthusiasm to establish a vision, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive necessary change in the organization In addition to strong technical skills, the successful candidate must excel in time management and have a proven track record in problem solution leveraging complex data Strong data analysis skills utilizing tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Pipeline Pilot, or SQLAPI consumption/development experience Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Project) Desired Education and Skills/ExperienceMaster???s degree in Agriculture, Operations, Analytics, or a related field emphasizing managing processes and systemsKnowledge of field testing, nursery and seed operation processes and practices Understanding of complex database systems and integration into visualizationsWho is Monsanto?
