Come grow with us!?General Purpose and Scope of Position:Wilbur-Ellis is seeking an experienced Office Administration professional to provide office administration services in a fast-paced, customer focused sales environment. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of customer service including order processing and inventory management.??Key Skills and Abilities Include:Requires excellent interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employeesProficient with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows, Windows applications, Word, PowerPoint and ERP order entry systemsJD Edwards practice and process training will be providedAbility to work and contribute in a team settingStrong organizational skills needed with ability to prioritize multiple assignments criticalExcellent attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsHigh-level of professionalismPresent professional image to customers through personal appearance?Key Personal Attributes Include:High School Diploma or equivalentFour to five years' previous office support experience strongly preferredAgriculture industry experience a plusWillingness to work overtime as needed?Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:First point of contact in officeAnswer multi-line phone systemProvide administrative office support and assistance for operational leaders as requestedService oriented, attention to details to ensure orders are processed correctly in system and trucks are loaded correctlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a definite plusOversee and coordinate office supply inventory managementAssist and process accounts payable as necessaryAssemble invoices and prepare them for distributionAccurate record keeping of invoices, delivery tags, and shipping documents for audit purposesCollect and distribute daily incoming mailAssist and organize office eventsAssist with overall office cleanlinessMake use of standard office equipment, computer software programs, fax machines, postage machines, copier machines, etc. To effectively perform all aspects of position responsibilitiesAssist in all aspects of inside office sales supportRespond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate and appropriate mannerHandles customer service for walk in and phone ordersAssist with electronic order entry and processing (sales order, shipping documents, invoicing) utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwareAssist in all aspects of inside office customer supportPromote safety throughout the branch and participate in plant safety improvementsPresent a professional image to our customer through personal appearance and overall branch cleanlinessAttending training sessions and meetings when necessarySupport Branch Manager as neededOther duties as required?Compensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly wage (to be determined based on experience and other factors)Comprehensive employee benefits?Job Code:?OFFIC03254
