Responsibilities, Duties and Job Expectations (Partial listing) Maintain and improve the current administrative operation system involved with the purchase, movement, and inventory of local farmer stock peanuts and local seed inventoriesProcessing 1007?s on a timely basisProcess checks and warehouse receiptsPrint ADM Mainframe and Procurement System Reports Process Accounts Payable / Maintain Accounts ReceivableServe and assist local producersProcess Farmer Stock contractsMaintain local inventories of seed and farmer stock peanuts Oversee local collectionsReconcile invoices for accuracy, validity, proper taxation, etc. and secure approvalObtain credit lines for seed customersEnsure that all required documentation goes with trucksMaintain scale ticket logsWeigh farmer stock from producers and process all paperworkAssist with employee time keepingAssist new employees with training and documentationCommunicate and coordinate with Management team, co-workers, and multiple locations Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant work experience; Customer service work experience preferredBasic business, math and accounting skillsExcellent computer skillsDisplay proven organizational, inter-personal, and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate good team-working skillsExcellent communication skills, (written and verbal)Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks, assignments, and projects simultaneously without direct supervisionAssociates degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.Project oriented, persistent in follow through and learns quickly about new ideas, while working well in a team environment This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance
