COMPANY: Evergreen FSHIRING MANAGER: Ted GeeLOCATION: Bloomington, ILPURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Under the direction of to the Office Manager, responsible for performing administrative, customer service and accounting duties in the fast paced Custom Turf department.  Responsibilities include communication with customers and employees, invoicing, reporting, and record-keeping.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for answering phones and distributing calls or messages accordingly, communicating with customers upon arrival. Perform accurate and timely billing of customer purchases of products and services using published prices and approved protocols using company software. Responsible for customer statement distribution. Serves as customer contact for statement questions and reconciles discrepancies. Organize and maintain customer accounts and market information for efficient and effective retrieval.  Documenting customer estimates, service calls and filing in customer records. Generate required reports for staff and management as requested. Order and maintain office supplies (i.e. tickets, paper, computer supplies) to conduct business in a professional manner. Establish excellent customer and employee relationships.  OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS May be required to assist customers with loading of product up to 50lbs. Performs all other duties as assigned.  REQUIREMENTS Normally requires an Associate s Degree in a business-related field, or the equivalent thereof, and office related work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast paced environment.  Proven professional communication and customer service skills. Proven computer and attention to detail skills and the ability to use the computer to enhance business processes. While performing duties pertaining to this job, individual may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must have and maintain a valid driver s license and satisfactory driving record. Demonstrated essential abilities business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must be willing to work additional hours beyond the normal work week at various times throughout the year. These include, but are not limited to, seasons of heavy customer demand and month end procedures.   Skills:
