Position Summary:The position requires a dedicated, dependable, and detail-oriented person with the desire to provide extraordinary administrative support. You will gain a deep understanding of the dynamics of the business and priorities of the company. Performing administrative duties and support staff members to perform clerical duties. You will report to the Plant Manager and has no direct reports. Will be working in concert with supervisory personnel in Operations, Lab, Sales, Commercial, and ADM Corporate Officers. Job Responsibilities: Perform a broad range of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident personaEnsure confidentiality on matters related to the commercial and operationsAssemble and coordinate the preparation of documents Perform back up duties during co-worker absence (cross-training)Cross-train other administrative positions for backup and vacation coverageHandling accounts payable, accounts receivable, shipping documents, production reporting, record retention and various month end applicationsCustomer supportMaintain office filing system (including record retention) in paper and electronic formatsHR functions including but not limited to;OnboardingDrug testingLabor relationsAttendanceScheduling Training Health/Safety, Quality Food Safety, Corporate and Location SpecificAssist Department Managers with Operator training program recordsSchedule crews for training meetings conducted by
EHS Coordinator & Quality Control ManagerProduce rosters for training sessionTrack employee training, ensuring completionMaintain training recordsJob Requirements: Associates degree preferred or minimum two – five years? experience in related field requiredTrack record of exceptional achievement with a demonstrated desire and ability to actively take on significant workA strong spirit of partnership, teamwork, and a validated ability to champion and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organizationExcellent organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail and follow-upProven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesAbility to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes in environment and responsibilities.Dedication to continuous learningGood thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Power Point, Excel)Ability to make good independent decisionsWillingness to participate in training to improve skills related to leadership and office managementExcellent organizations skill and strict attention to detailAbility to handle diverse activities and concurrent projectsAbility to resolve routine problems independentlyExcellent social, leadership, and communications skills are required, including creative problem-solving abilities when called forAbility to prepare routine administrative paperwork; analyze and tackle problems; organize and coordinate; champion a collaborative work environment; and maintain efficient office workflowRelocation assistance is not available with this position.
