?Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC, a national agricultural-chemical company, has an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator at our??Lenox, TN location.?This position performs general secretarial functions as needed by the Branch Office by the execution of these essential duties.??RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Performs departmental typing, copying, filing, faxing, switchboard, mail, and reception duties.Maintains office supply inventory.Manages travel arrangements.Makes monthly price list changes, daily collections and posting of checks, and petty cash reports.Assists customers with questions about their account such as balance, credits, invoices, and discounts with the help of the customer's salesperson or warehouse manager.Assists salespersons and warehouse manager with projects as needed.Completes Daily Sales Summary reports.Provides branch personnel with necessary personnel forms and informationReviews work performed for completeness and quality?EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:?
