Reporting to the Vice President, Government and Industry Affairs, this role is involved in every aspect of the day-to-day functions of a dynamic team.What you will do: Support both Canadian and US based government and industry affairs teams in the coordination of meetings, activities, and operations, as necessaryInteract with government and industry stakeholders and network with Nutrien staffBe the point-person within the organization for government affairs-related questions, events and activities Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, including managing committee work, overseeing budgets, and overall strategySupport budgeting and office procedures as well as expense reimbursement using SAPManage calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments for team membersSupport onboarding of new vendors and manage all contractsManage invoicing and billing processes from start to finishManage relationships with office space administration, vendors and service providersProvide logistical support for Corporate Government Affairs events, such as fundraisers and conferencesSubmit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals, as requiredWhat you will bring: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience; or equivalent relevant experience5+ years in administration or office management in Government AffairsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven organizational and leadership skillsAbility to multi-task, work efficiently in a high-energy environment, and communicate effectively with individuals of all levelsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; and/or travel expense systems (SAP) are highly preferredExperience working with Government Officials preferredAre you a good match?
