Operational Excellence Specialist
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Operational Excellence Specialist are to:
Support the implantation and on-going success of the Product Supply System;
Provide technical and functional support to production personnel in Operational Excellence topics in close cooperation with OE manager. Support projects for new products and/or new system enhancements and ensure smooth integration into the production process;
Principle lead for continuous improvement project teams and delivery of key measurable results and achievements utilizing different lean tools. Lead and/or facilitate Kaizen Events, driving a continuous improvement culture by involving employees in problem solving, decision making and the implementation of activities;
Provide training to key users of Manufacturing Applications and general training in Operational Excellence;
Provide support across all shifts;
Ensure the continuity of Quality Assurance System and keep up to date according to the cGMP rules for Manufacturing Applications;
Assist Product Supply with technical expertise and troubleshooting with operating systems and efficiency improvements;
Make independent decisions within defined area of responsibility. Serve as a consultant to management within a specified area/discipline. Advance technical project proposals to senior management, following through to successful completion.

B.S. with8+ years of experience with manufacturing and/or business processes. (B.S. in Business, manufacturing or Engineering preferred) or;
M.S. or M.B.A. with 2-6+ years or;
Ph.D. with0-4 years or;
No degree requires 12+ years of relevant experience as defined above;
Minimum 2 years experience working directly with multiple modules of SAP and/or MES;
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills both technical and non-technical, ability to relate to all levels of the organization, and commitment to continuous improvement process;
Capable of using Windows excel, Word and Power Point.
Knowledge of system interface design and technical infrastructure;
Detailed knowledge of MES and SAP;
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts;
Green Belt certification;
