Position Summary:The OT Security Engineer is a member of the Security Architecture team and be responsible for ensuring the security of information systems assets, with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Internet of Things/(IIOT), to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. This position can be located at any Global IT hub in North America, South America, AMEA or APAC.Job Responsibilities: Design and secure operational technology networks in coordination with Operational Technology teams across a global enterprise.Solve complex digital and operational security problems facing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) used within a critical infrastructure cyber-landscape.Assess the robustness of cybersecurity architectures, technologies, and procedures being implemented within organizational facilities, including cloud-based environments.Conduct vulnerability assessments and administrative audits on operational computer systems and network devices considering the sensitivity of Operational Technology testing.Articulates impact to and requirements of the manufacturing Network as it relates to PLC, HMI/SCADA, plant historian, motor control, motion control, etc. technology and applications.Lead collaboration efforts with other Global Information Security and Operational Technology team members to develop well-constructed approaches to ICS risk management, mitigation, and monitoring strategies.Presents technical findings to non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in around both the concepts and the value of acting on design changes. Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience with ICS systems and ICS security industry practices along with exposure to IoT technologies.Experience supporting PLC, DCS, SIS, HMI or SCADA systems and industry protocols.Experience designing, maintaining and supporting ICS network infrastructure, including industrial wireless networking.Have working experience designing, implementing, and maintain skills in safety-related control systems, based on industry standard frameworks such as NIST 800-82, and ISA 99.Ideally have experience and skills in safety-related control systems, including a working knowledge of IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 Functional Safety Standards. Experience deploying or supporting security practices and technologies such as risk or vulnerability assessments, antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, centralized alert logging and monitoring in ICS environments.Experience in developing ICS security recommendations and level of effort estimates to support those recommendations.Ability to author technical and non-technical documents for varying audiences from technical automation personnel to senior security or operations personnel.Demonstrate experience working with automation vendors such as ABB, Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, Foxboro, Emerson, Yokogawa etc.Understanding of industrial safety culture along with experience working safely in hazardous industrial environments such as plants, refineries or offshore production facilities.Relocation assistance is available with this position.
