We have an immediate opening for an Operations Administrator at our Doral, FL facility.
This position will be responsible for the documentation of orders on the computer, creation of shipping labels, packing/unpacking orders, maintaining the warehouse and doing some light customer service on the phone and via email for the orders. Detailed responsibilities for this position include:Process orders, print/sort order documentation, pack/unpack orders and scan/email order documentationData entries and shared drive entries for inventory, shipping, receiving and productionProcess weekly payroll (enter vacations, absences, missed punches, etc.)Monitor front door, signing in of guests, and checking in drivers Additional admin tasks including:
tracking information, processing of PO?s and scanning documents into shared drive for archiving purposes Requirements for this position include:High school diploma or GED with at least 2-3 years of prior relevant office experienceStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency in addressing issuesAbility to learn quickly and adapt easilyAbility to lift light boxesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven Microsoft Office skills required, prior Amazon Vendor Central experience highly preferred.
