Operations Analyst – Refined Fuels
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Refined Fuels group. We are looking for a Refined Fuels Operations Analyst to lead all operational aspects for and optimize CHS? Refined Fuels allocation programs. You must be customer focused with excellent communication skills, analysis, project management, and change management skills.
Must have the ability to influence internal customers, build relationships, and lead change efforts. You will:Lead all operational aspects and be accountable for optimization of CHS? Refined Fuels allocation programsDevelop and oversee implementation of PVM (Product Volume Management) strategies, program rules.Provide support around managing customers to PVM limits and requests of over-rides.Manage all aspects of systems development and support of all allocation programs (CRM, JD Edwards, Refined Fuels Control Room, & DTN Tabs).Integrate branded agreement volumes in the demand forecasting process.Generate timely reporting and analysis to stakeholders around customer allocation utilization, over-ride approval process and other key aspects of the program.Support and facilitation of systems and processes for unbranded allocation program.Analyze sales data, both current and historical volumes to benefit daily, monthly, fiscal year-end, and performance metrics necessary to be successful as an energy sales team.Develop annual volume budget data, tools and analysis for Sr. Leadership and other sales leaders.Create daily and monthly product reporting and scorecard/goal progress;Generate regular & ad hoc data requests for sr. leadership, regional, district, and internal sales teams.Manage user security and content for Refined Fuels on CHS web portal and the Refined Fuels Control Room.Support Operation Manager in managing core systems and wholesale operations processing activities (rack pricing, forward contracts, term bids, terminal incentives, etc.). Partner with I\T and other CHS business areas on systems improvements or troubleshooting issues.Support a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Basic Qualifications: (required)Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance5 plus years of previous experience to include:Refined fuels supply, logistics, pricing, operations, and/or salesLeading medium-to-large scale business projectsCustomer service experiencePrevious experience with ERP Operating SystemsPreferred Qualifications: (desired)Master?s degreeKnowledge of refined fuels bill-of-lading and order-to-cash processesRefined Fuels Supply chains & systems knowledgeSAP Experience
