Operations Clerk III

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties at the such as answering telephones and greeting visitors; sorting and distributing mail, processing personnel paperwork and maintaining personnelfiles and training records. Other duties include: scheduling meetings; typing documents and correspondence; compiling data and generating reports, charts and flowcharts; preparing purchase orders and receivers for supplies ordered; daily correspondence with Plant Personnel, Producers, Field Techs and other Team Members; backup for payroll functions; and any other duties or special projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3+ years of experience. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
