SUMMARY:? Supervises general operations, production, quality control, emergency response coverage, building & construction, safety, training and compliance with federal and state regulations for specific Helena operations.? Must primarily perform office or non-manual work directly related to management policies or general business operations.? Must exercise independent choice and judgment in matters of consequence 50% or more of the time.??ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:?Coordinates the above responsibilities in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Corporate.?Orders inventory for sales and inventory control.?Purchases technical material and packaging.?Confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved sales and service in the area.?Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.?Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.?Directs preparation of accounting records.?Recommends budgets to management.?Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.?Reliable and regular attendance is expected.?QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:?
