Operations Supervisor (1900620) ? St. Joseph, MO
Where the Chemistry Happens
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will primarily be responsible to lead the operations team, machine operators, filling operations and fermentation technicians in a coordinated way to achieve all operational activities to produce high quality product in a safe and cost-effective manner. You will facilitate optimal conditions for Rhizobium growth and packaging, troubleshooting and all operational aspects of the employees and equipment. You will be a strong leader with potential for growth to lead and develop a cohesive team. Additionally, you will administer HR functions, training and development.
