Our worldwide headquarters and research facilities are in Greenfield, Indiana. ?Responsibilities:Position requires the filling and packaging of products, cleaning of production facilities and equipment, completion of paperwork for batch records, and final disposition calculations. ?Incumbent must be able to calibrate scales and complete daily checks to support in-process compliance testing.?Position may have exposure to potential allergens or other environmental hazards.?Key Objectives/Deliverables:Operate and perform set-up for packaging equipment.Calibrate scales and complete daily checks to support in-process compliance testing.Perform room and equipment inspections to verify/approve cleanliness prior to use.Complete equipment log sheets, cleaning sheets, and door tags for all production rooms and equipment.Understand and adhere to batch record instructions.Verify all packaging materials issued from packaging personnel.Troubleshoot problems, identify and resolve filling and packaging issues upon supervisor or QA approval.Complete all closeout paperwork and batch record reconciliation.Complete basic training in FDA, cGMP, SOP compliance, gowning and safety requirements and individual machine operation.Ensure packaging schedule is completed by due dates.Complete training and demonstrate competence of all functions within the packaging department.Use of hand tools including the disassembly and reassembly of packaging equipment.Cross train in other departments as needed.Able to work individually or in team environment.Other duties assigned as needed.Adhere to all workplace policies and procedures.??Problem Solving:Performs investigations for customer complaints.Troubleshoots equipment and procedures as required.Continuous Improvement Activities:Assists in improvement of safe working conditions by identifying hazardous processes or conditions.Assists in improvement of business practices.Metrics reporting with action plans for improvement.Basic Qualifications:?? ?High School Diploma/GEDCompletion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
