Learn more at www.adm.com.Organizational Change Management Lead-Decatur, IL This is an exempt level position.Position Summary:The Organizational Change Management Lead will play a key role in supporting and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizing resistance. This colleague will partner with other team members to support project-level efforts in preparing ADM for the successful global business transformation implementation.Job Responsibilities:Development and execution of a business transformation Enterprise Organizational Readiness Training Plan, coordinating education planning across a global program and major project milestones e.g., training needs analysis, education materials, end user preparedness confirmation, training execution, etc.Support program and project leadership with development of key communications, as neededTracking of engagement levels and recommendations for further engagement activities to grow understanding and commitment at both program and project levelsOwn training / education tools, templates, assets and channels and provide as inputs for change tools standardization and repository effortsManage methods, channels and distribution lists to enable business transformation training and engagement, including feedback channels for training effectiveness evaluationAssist in the organizational readiness portion of business engagement plans for selected areas of the business, may include multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalyze training/education evaluation data and assessing impacts, creating dashboards to monitor team progress, roadmap planningConduct project impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.Ability to influence others and move toward the transformation goalIdentify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation strategiesIdentify and manage anticipated resistance Job Requirements Required: Bachelor?s Degree 5+ years of proven change management experience, including adult learning or organizational readiness initiativesPreferred: Change Management, Communications or Adult Learning degree or equivalent job experience preferredOrganizational Change Management certification preferred Professional Skill RequirementsProven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentProven understanding of Adult Learning PrinciplesExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills are a mustExcellent leadership and management skillsAbility to work on a diversified / global team that includes cross-divisional internal resources as well as external resourcesManage multiple projects/tasks with minimal direction and supervisionAbility to work under time constraints and meet deadlinesAttention to detail is criticalRelocation assistance is available with this position.
