Primary responsibilities are to generate increased sales levels within the Horticulture markets. Additionally, this position will be a part of a new product cross functional team responsible for bringing new and enhanced products to market and gain market penetration.Work with the Horticulture Group Manager to meet individual and departmental goals.Maintain knowledge of earth sciences and horticulture market which translates to market expertise and insights enabling long term success for Horticulture business.Identify, develop and grow sufficient customer prospects in order to achieve sales goals.Develop and maintain commercial intelligence for Horticulture business including distribution, pricing and service expectations.Provide voice of customer insights to cross functional team to help identify product and service opportunities.Collect field and installation intelligence to support RFQ proposals for product and layout.  Make and implement recommendations to improve operational efficiency and to implement new services for areas of responsibility.Make corporate, product and market presentations utilizing various forms of media.Travel to and work with prospects to further market penetration across North America.Work with Marketing and Management to define and execute marketing strategies to strengthen ITC presence and brand awareness in Horticulture market.Trade show planning and preparation of booth and other show material.Perform such individual assignments as management may direct. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.
