Let us train and develop you, while you work a 4×10 base schedule. The ability to problem solve and critically think are exceptionally important in this role, as is good attendance. Benefits Highlights:Working for the world’s largest crop input company with over 20,000 employeesCompetitive health care coverage401K company match and 401k bonus match potential4x10 base schedule with opportunity for overtime Key Tasks include, but are not limited to: Packaging:Proficient in all equipment, machines, and processes on Packaging lines; ensures equipment and machinery are operating properly and at production standardsCoordinate with maintenanceUnderstands Production Goals and ExpectationsUnderstands and completes Operator PM’s (preventative maintenance)Proficient in machine set-up/change overs and start-upsLimits waste – including raw material, finished goods, rework, parts, chemicals, supplies, and downtimeDemonstrates a Sense of Urgency when production lines are not producing, while ensuring Safety and Quality are not jeopardized Completes shop order paperwork and accurately accounts for inventory used Coordinate with Jugline Tech/Maintenance if there are any issuesSafety Responsibilities:Ensure the proper use of machines and equipment to prevent accidents and damageUnderstands and follows all Safety Policies and ProceduresAlways wears the proper PPE for the task at hand following posted PPE requirementsAll Materials are Labeled and are placed in their right locationsMaintains a clean and safe work area Quality Responsibilities:Monitors quality throughout the process; communicates with QA when neededEnsures DPR (Defective Product/Raw Material Report) are complete and accurateEnsures correct coding of Bottles and Boxes; ensures boxes are square, free of defects, and taped correctly and have the correct quantity of bottlesEnsures bottles are free of spills, and are filled to the correct weight and levelEnsures Labeler, Capper, Sealer, and Quality checking machines are set up correctly and running as per requirementsPhysical Requirements:Physically and medically capable of wearing a respiratorAbility to lift at least 50 # frequently during shiftAble to climb stairs and laddersAbility to stoop and bend frequentlyGood manual dexterity, vision, & hearing Ability to walk and stand for long periods of timeCapable of working in varying temperaturesNutrien Ag Solutions, a Nutrien Company, is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
