Come join us on our journey to create solutions for a sustainable future Packaging, Loading & Shipping Manager (1805755) Bishop, TX Where the Chemistry HappensAs a valued member of Bishop Site team, you will be responsible for leading the Package, Load, & Ship (PLS) operations on the Site. You will provide direction, training and support to BASF and contract employees to ensure safe operation and achieve business specific quality and production targets. You will be reporting to the Senior Production Manager.Formula for Success Leveraging your education and professional background in a Chemical manufacturing or related setting, you will develop and oversee Management of Change (MOC s) projects and processes pertaining to PLS areas.Demonstrating your problem-solving efforts while leading cross functional teams on small and large-scale projects, you will optimize production, planning and resources pertaining to PLS areas. Utilizing your solid understanding of regulatory requirements, you will investigate and develop Finished Products Quality deviations for specific units and ensure all FDA, cGMP, ISO 9001 and Quality specifications are met.Your keen attention to detail will be a valued asset as you develop and update Standard Operating Procedures in the PLS area and conduct audits to ensure all applicable standards comply on an established regular basis.Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will retrieve and analyze KPI s/metrics to support continuous improvement efforts centered around corrective action and problem-solving activities.Your commitment to a safe workplace will be crucial as you enforce Company policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with safety rules and warehousing regulation. Your proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite will be essential as you oversee shipping activities, inventory management and return goods.
