Director Global Transfer Pricing

Position Objective:The Director of Global Transfer Pricing will be directly responsible for managing all of the company’s global transfer pricing policies and planning.  The Director will have primary responsibility for developing and implementing pricing planning aimed at reducing risk and adding value to the business.  The Director, Global Transfer Pricing will also assume a lead role in managing the outsourcing of the global transfer pricing documentation.  Additional responsibilities will also include planning surrounding Bunge’s supply chain, HQ cost allocations, and transfer pricing for Bunge’s internal treasury funding transactions.  Written and verbal communication skills will be critical to the success of this position.  The Director of Global Transfer Pricing must be able to communicate highly technical tax issues to various business and finance leaders without a strong tax acumen.  Because of the de-centralized nature of Bunge, the ability to communicate effectively in written form is critical.   The successful person in this role will be action oriented with strong critical thinking and project management skills.  The Director of Global Transfer Pricing will be able to work and lead in a fast paced, highly decentralized environment, requiring ongoing collaboration.
