Senior Research Associate needed in DuPont Pioneer Soy Trait and Technology for discovery of novel lead genes for control of soybean pests and diseases.  This position will primarily involve bioassay screening and subsequent characterization of transgenic plants to evaluate efficacy against target organisms.   Responsibilities include disease phenotyping  and molecular characterization of pathogen samples, pathogen maintenance, inoculum production and preparation, performing plant infection assays and scoring infected plants for disease traits.
