??Assist with corn, soybean, and wheat production.? Will run a sprayer and help with pre-plant, plant, and harvest activities, as well as machinery repair and maintenance.?


Production Supervisor

Rembrandt Foods works twelve-hour rotating days over a two week span.  Sample work schedule: Monday and Tuesday, workWednesday and Thursday, offFriday, Saturday, and Sunday, workMonday and Tuesday, offWednesday and Thursday, workFriday, Saturday, and Sunday, offManage, oversee, train and evaluate all employees in designated Departments, including resolution of co-worker conflicts.  Perform and monitor operation of production Troubleshoot mechanical problems.  Responsible for: overall cleaning of facility and grounds.  Assemble and disassemble equipment, clean with high pressure water and perform general janitorial cleaning.  Maintain and enforce all Sanitation, LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space and General Safety Procedures. Responsible for ensuring that workforce in designated Departments efficiently and effectively complete work assignments.  Communicate any work related issues, downtime and or scheduling production with upper management immediately when issues arise.  Communicate any safety, food safety, food quality, and/or work related issues with upper management immediately when issues arise including starting incident investigations utilizing company safety forms. Responsible for: co-worker training and evaluations, collecting, compiling and distributing production and food safety data.
