The HACU National Internship Program (HNIP) has been a premier student program for over 20 years promoting diversity in the federal and corporate workforce. We seek the best and brightest from across disciplines to fill more than 475 internship opportunities per year. Federal and corporate internships are available in the nation's capital and across the U.S. Be part of the more than 11,000 former interns who have taken on the challenge and used their internships to launch their professional careers. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has been a strong partner of our program over the last 15 years. Working in conjunction with the USDA’s Office of Advocacy and Outreach, the goal of our partnership is to increase outreach and offer professional development opportunities to students from Hispanic Serving Institutions and Minority Serving Institutions.
