The Job: The primary responsibility of Partner Integration Manager is to connect new partners to the Dealertrack platform based on corporate goals and manage all aspects of the technical relationship between Dealertrack and assigned Dealertrack Partners. As part of managing that relationship this position will be dealing directly with our partners, as well as, interfacing to a variety of Dealertrack internal teams; i.e. Production Support and Software Development. Your Role: Connect new lenders to the Dealertrack platform based on corporate goals. Implement and manage medium to large scale lender integration initiatives. Assemble and coordinate cross functional teams as necessary Resolve lender QA test issues, as well as, Level 3 production support issues from the Network Operations Center Connect new Third Parties; DMS, CRM, Aftermarket partners to the Dealertrack platform. Support QA and Development teams requiring UAT testing of internal enhancements Track partner deliverables and profiles using Salesforce What We Look For: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related work experience Knowledge of xml, database SQL statements, MSMQ, FTP, HTTPS protocol beneficial Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally Ability to work independently Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment managing multiple concurrent priorities Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with internal and external stakeholders Company: DealertrackApply for this job.
