Parts Driver/Clerk – Grandview, ID #3754

These endeavors have been around for centuries and will continue to be a vital part of the global economy. We currently have a Parts Clerk/Driver position available in Grand View, ID.
OVERVIEW: This is a fulltime position which typically includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays (days of the week and hours are subject to change at any time) 8 to 5 and on Sundays 6:30 to 5 (9hrs to run parts and 10.5 hrs on Sundays) plus this position will have to cover holidays on a rotating basis. Records parts received, stored, retrieved, and distributed to farm, ranch, and/or feedlot personnel by performing the following duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists feedlot, farm, or ranch employees in locating parts; records parts leaving the parts house on a distribution sheet in order to maintain an accurate inventory count. Transfers information from parts distribution sheets to work orders in a computer program to ensure proper cost accounting to individual vehicle and equipment units. Receives parts against purchase orders in the computer program to keep an accurate and up-to-date accounting of inventory levels. Assists other employees in the parts house to help clean parts office and the warehouse to keep in a well and organized fashion. Other duties may be assigned.

EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must posse's valid driver's license. Good driving record mandatory.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and color vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
